Alessandro Colombo came to Olimpia in the summer of 2015 coming from an experince with Vero Volley Monza.

Claudio Lomma has been part of the performance team in Olimpia since 2009. During the last few years, he specialized in working wit injured players.

Kostas Chatzichristos is Olimpia’s head of performance team since 2025. Born in Athens on July 25, 1973, started his career in the United States as strength and conditioning coach at the University of Georgia basketball team. Eventually, he came back to Greece to take the same position with Olympiacos Piraeus and Panionios Athens. In 2014, he moved to CSKA Moscow where he stayed until 2022. Following that experience, he landed at Fenerbahce when he helped the team win the EuroLeague in 2025, his third personal EuroLeague win after the 2016 and 2019 successes obtained with CSKA. He served as the Greek National Team strength and conditioning coach from 2021 to 2023, too.

Matteo Acquati came to Olimpia before the 2012/13 season as a meber of the medical staff. Previously he worked in Varese with the same role.

Michele Ronchi came toOlimpia Milan in 2017 after spending a few years in pro cycling with Team Colombia and Team Novordisk

Giulia Baroncini is nutritionist who attended the IOC course before coming to Olimpia in 2019.
