Not enough energy in Berlin: Olimpia lost

Olimpia lost control of the game in the fourth quarter but it was a gradual letdown in terms of energy, intensity and defense that cost the game in Berlin. Alba won 83-67 with Dragan Milosavljevic who scored 14 points in the last quarter to open up the gap when Olimpia was still within striking distance. Alba played a much better agme in terms of consistency. It started the game on a good note and responded every time Olimpia tried to get away. And then Milosavlejvic was the decisive factor. “Our energy level was too loow especially late in the game so I must admit to be unsatisfied with my team effort”, Coach Repesa said after the game.
