This is the first time, this season, that an Olimpia player has received the award. It&#8217;s the 18th time overall since 2008\/09. Shields has previously been named Round&#8217;s MVP for Olimpia in 2023\/24 after a game with Asvel and in 2020\/21 after Game 5 of the playoffs against Bayern Munich.<\/strong><br><br>Before him, the Round MVPs for Olimpia were: Mike Hall (2008\/09), Omar Cook (2011\/12), Curtis Jerrells (2013\/14), Alessandro Gentile and Samardo Samuels (2014\/15), Jamel McLean and Ricky Hickman (2015\/16), Mike James (2018\/19), Nicol\u00f2 Melli and Brandon Davies (2022\/23), Maodo Lo and Johannes Voigtmann (2023\/24), Zach LeDay (2024\/25).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shavon Shields is averaging 14.6 points per game, 3.9 rebounds, and 3.1 assists. He&#8217;s shooting 60.8 percent from two, 35.9 percent from three, and 85.7 percent from the free-throw line. He has a 16.5 average personal rating.
